I went to Atlanta for a work conference. Even though it was hot and humid outside, the hotel I was staying at kept the lobby so cold that I needed leggings and a sweater (and had their fireplace on).
After my meetings ended, I was going to walk over to the Ferris wheel, but then it started raining, so I just had drinks with colleagues.
This blog is designed to share pictures and descriptions of trips with friends and family. It also provides a single location for me to look back over the various places I've been. Because this is a public blog, I'm going to keep the juiciest and most incriminating details (and pictures!) to myself. I also am intentionally posting minimal pictures of family members or other people I am traveling with (other than husband), since the blog is from my perspective.
While most blogs are displayed in reverse chronological order, it sometimes gets confusing when reading about a longer trip. I've sequenced multi-day trips so the entries display as they happened. For example, if you click the link for New Zealand, all the entries will display in sequential/chronological order, so you can read from the top of the page through the end.
